General Rules

1. Any actions that disrupt or harm TrackR's services, including spamming false data or overloading systems, are prohibited.

2. Misuse of TrackR or attempts to exploit its functionality will result in termination of access.

3. Commercial advertisements, including links or images, are not allowed within TrackR.

Data Usage

TrackR stores the following data:

- Discord IDs: To identify users who use our bot and track the actions performed on our service.

- Guild IDs: To identify servers where TrackR is used.

- Kill Data: Including the ship used for the kill, the name of the player killed, the player or guild responsible for the kill, and information about who was killed.

- Interaction Logs: All interactions with the TrackR bot and API are logged for operational purposes, such as ensuring proper service functionality and improving user experience.

TrackR shares kill data, including who got the kill, who was killed, and which guilds were involved, in a public kill feed. We also use this data to publish statistics and leaderboards, which may be shared with third parties to enhance the gaming experience and promote community engagement.

Obligations

1. Personal data, such as Discord IDs or server information, is used only for service functionality and shared publicly only as part of the kill feed, leaderboards, or statistics.

2. TrackR is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

Acceptance of Terms

By using TrackR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Continued use of TrackR indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
